My entire life I struggled with being overweight & had self image problems due to it. One day i decided it was time for a change.
I spent the first 3 years of my Fitness journey making every mistake you possibly could & doing so many things wrong only sheer determination kept me going. This is why i know how frustrating it can be to feel like you are putting in so much work & yet not seeing the results you want.
I have been Training Clients In-person & Coaching now for 3 years. During this time I have learned lessons that no textbook was able to teach me; lessons that only come from dealing with different kinds of people & truly learning how to help each individual one.
I have now been working out myself for over 6 years. Crazy to think it's been that long! I will say though, it is much easier to continue doing so once you have built the habit!
Over my years I have had the pleasure of working with a multitude of different kinds of clients from young kids to individuals wanting to get more familiar with the gym, get stronger, lose bodyfat, to the elderly wanting to feel better, have less aches & just live a more comfortable life from the benefits of fitness.

My Fitness journey began with a mental battle against anorexia. Days spent without eating or little to no food. I detested the gym & never wanted to join, making the typical excuse of not wanting to get big or that there was no point as I was already skinny. This was just a cover-up for feeling insecure about myself & what people would think while I was there.
Eventually, I put all of this aside & decided to join, thanks to my husband. The gym has transformed my life in so many ways I never expected, from helping me overcome depression, beat anorexia, and improve my confidence all the way to giving me something to look forward to every day that I enjoy. My life would never have been the same without Fitness.
Years of hard work & consistency led me to build a body I was confident in, a body that I felt was gone after my first pregnancy. The habits I made have allowed me not only to lose all of my baby weight but also even surpass where I was before being pregnant in strength & overall with my body's progress.
I have been working out myself now for over 6 years & have recently joined the Family Business with my Husband wanting to help others overcome many of the battles & challenges I have faced.
