How it Works

In-Person Training:

The focus of In-Person Training is proper technique through in person assessments & adjustments. 

We will be building out routines together session to session which you will be using when you come to the gym on your own this way everything you do will be something familiar & something you are comfortable with.

The other big benefit of In-Person Training is the extra push a trainer is able to give you. Come in for a workout & see how much harder you can really work when you have someone else pushing you.

All exercise routines & session training styles will depend on the individual & what they need, if you are looking for more education then that will be our focus, however, if you are looking for someone to give you that extra push you really need then I will definitely have you covered! 

Online Coaching:

Online Coaching provides next level accountability like never before with automatic Data syncing & feedback from Coach, all delivered to you conveniently thanks to our Coaching App.
