Collectively we have delt with being overweight, anorexia, recovering from post partum, being parents, tight schedules & struggling to find time for Fitness.
We practice what we preach daily & do everything we can to empower our clients to feel & look their best!
Aside from being an amazingly capable coach, trainer, encourager and accountability partner Ozzy is a man of incredible character and integrity. His love of helping people be their best shows in the care and attention he puts into your program. I have personally seen and constantly hear from others how he has designed programs to account for an old injury or weakness and even focused to strengthen and heal those areas where itโs possible. Honestly can not say enough good things about Ozzy, as a trainer and as a genuinely good person.
